		Cajun Barn Social Saturday, July 26th Cajun & Swing Dinner and Dance with The Pine Leaf Boys and Krissie & the Kranks Includes Dinner, Concert, Optional Dancing and Group Dance Lesson

		SMAC BARN SOCIALS ... This is an all inclusive theme night with food, music optional dancing and more. For this night we will gather to enjoy Cajun and Swing music, cajun food, and even an optional Dance lesson and dancing ! Our good friends from Louisiana will take care of the music and the dance,and SMAC will do the food … you bring the fun to be had. You will be swingin “near” the rafters as we enjoy some flavors of Louisiana. The multi coursed dinner will be Louisiana themed with a New England spin. *Please note ... you don’t have to dance. Sometimes people watching is just as fun and the music will be great!
		ABOUT THE BANDS ... About The Pine Leaf Boys Louisiana’s finest, four-time Grammy-Nominated, world-renowned Pine Leaf Boys have made a name for presenting their own inimitable brand of Cajun music. Hailing from the southwest Louisiana, the Pine Leaf Boys, have breathed new life into Cajun music, featuring stellar accordionist Wilson Savoy. Check out this YouTube video. * * * About Krissie & the Kranks Brooklyn-based swing and jazz collective that will transport you to a bygone era with their playful renditions of vintage classics from the 1920-40s. Dinner includes table snacks, salad, entree, dessert, and coffee. * TIME ... It's a Barn Social right? This is a communal night so we serve you all together, so please be on time! You don't want to miss a course. First course starts at 5:30 (Doors open at 5:00). Don't be late! * MUSIC & DANCING ... Provided by The Pine Leaf Boys and Krissie & the Kranks and You! There will be a group dance lesson for any and all who want it just before the music (to help shake off our New England inhibitions!). The first set will start while you are still on the dance floor!
